Daisy Chained Amplified IR + Powered by a single 12Vdc Power Supply, with individual adjustable port gain controls, up to (1,000 ft.)
Use Calrads 92-176 to amplify and distribute IR signals over long distances, 6 ports with individual level controls. Allows for the use of a single home automation processor with multiple IR outputs to be used for large scale multiroom installations, providing local six port IR signals for independent equipment racks. Single IR port amplification to a single 92-176 or several 92-176 units can be daisy chained from a single IR source. Removable 4 terminal phoenix connector for passive IR In\Out connectivity. A single 12Vdc power supply can power up to 5 units.
The Calrad 92-176 Amplified IR distribution block maintains IR signal integrity and provides a simple solution for extending IR signals up to 1000 ft. over UTP Cat5e, Cat6 cable. Allows home automation systems to use single controllers to send IR to multiple systems,
rooms in a large installation. Daisy chain as necessary up to 5 x 92-176 units in a Local configuration, providing 30 IR outputs. Daisy chain 5 x 92-176 units up to 1000 ft.. Other options are available such as 1.) remote power over Cat5e, Cat6 cable to power multiple 92-176 units. 2.) Daisy chain multiple 92-176 units over several thousand feet.
