MEGApix® CaaS™ 4MP License Plate Recognition (LPR) Bullet IP Edge Camera

The DW® MEGApix® CaaS™ IP edge camera series combines the power and quality of a MEGApix® camera with the ease and simplicity of DW Spectrum® IPVMS. The LPR model offers crystal-clear images at 4MP resolution and real-time 30fps, capturing license plates of moving vehicles in extreme light conditions, from a range of up to 60' and at up to 50mph.
This complete solution includes a MEGApix® IP camera, pre-loaded DW Spectrum® IPVMS server software (including the recording license) and onboard 64GB or 128GB storage options. No server hardware is required, making MEGApix® CaaS™ an easy and cost effective way to deploy high-definition IP video systems. Video is stored on the internal memory for lower network traffic and higher reliability. Add a DW® Blackjack® NAS device for increased storage capacity.
Camera as a Server
DW®’s MEGApix® Camera as a Server (CaaS) solution offers small-scale applications the flexibility of having video and recording in the same hardware with no need for a dedicated server. A MEGApix® CaaS™ solutions deliver simple and quick installation, powered by the DW Spectrum® IPVMS preloaded onto the cameras. The CaaS™ solution supports up to 12 cameras in the network, all accessible and manageable as a single DW Spectrum® system remotely via the DW Spectrum®IPVMS client.
License Plate Recognition (LPR) Camera
MEGApix® LPR cameras are engineered to capture license plates of moving vehicles in extreme light conditions, from ranges of up to 60' at up to 50mph.

Blackjack® NAS devices can be implemented into a MEGApix®CaaS™ network with up to 12 cameras, or a Blackjack®Cube™ or Blackjack® Bolt™ network with up to 160Mbps throughput (the equivalent of 32 2.1MP cameras). The Blackjack® NAS offers lower cost and greater flexibility than adding additional servers to an existing system.
