Built on a combination of our custom install expertise, the innovation of the Binary™ brand, and the ultra-reliable, proven platform of HDBaseT technology, this kit is an installer’s dream! A single HDBaseT Matrix switcher pairs with 3 HDBaseT receivers to transmit HDMI signals and bi-directional IR up to 230' with full 1080p video and support for Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master audio. The matrix switcher is also power over cable (POC) enabled, so it powers the receiver. Kit includes (1) B-520-MTRX-4x4 and (3) B-520-RX-230-IR.
Shielded Cable Recommendation - Although HDBaseT transmission technology is much less susceptible to EMI interference than other transmission technologies, if possible, it is recommended that you pull shielded Cat5e/Cat6 with this product for maximum reliability. Please note: for proper shielding, shielded connectors must be used with drains connected at both ends. In addition, “EZ end” connectors are not recommended for use with HDMI extenders.
Power Supply Voltage - Please use the 12V power supply included in the package. Use of power supply with a different voltage may cause damage to the product or the power supply.
