The SD-C121-S from Seco-Larm is a Surface-type Door Closer. Size 2, door weight up to 100-lbs (45kg). Reversible non-handed design, two independent valve adjustments for easy setting of sweep and latch speed, anodized aluminum body, sliver finish, and forged steel arms.
