From there you will enroll into the VIR program.

Based on your quarterly purchases in 2019, you will receive rewards when quarterly purchases are over any of the 4 tiers!

COLLECT your rewards!
At the end of each quarter, your VIR Credit will be applied to your Account within 15 business days.

Question:
How will I know that I have been enrolled?
Answer:
You will receive a Volutone VIR Verification email within 24 hours of enrollment.
And you can always return to this page to check your status and settings.
Question:
Are all Volutone products eligible for VIR purchase rewards?
Answer:
*VIR percentage level is calculated on all purchases, but not paid out on non-qualifying products.
(Televisions, Projectors, Amazon, Apple and SnapAV products)

Question:
Do SnapAV products count towards my Rewards Program tier?
Answer:
Yes, from now until the end of 2019 (December 31, 2019), SnapAV products purchased at Volutone (in-branch, on the phone or on Volutone.com) will count towards your Volutone Rewards rebate tiers. You will not receive a rebate on SnapAV products themselves however you can enhance your quarterly spend moving your company up to the 4% VIR tier with those purchases. To top it off we report SnapAV purchases back to Snap daily so your purchases count there too!

Is there a penalty if I do not achieve in any of the 4 quarters?
Answer:
No, when you achieve any VIR tier in a quarter you are rewarded.
Question:
Can I use my Volutone credit for product as well as applying it to my balance?
Answer:
Yes, once the credit has been placed on your account, it can be used for either.

How long do I have to use my VIR credit?
Answer:
VIR credits are valid for one year from data of issue.

How can I check my own VIR Progress?
Answer:
Simply by signing on to your account at Volutone.com
Press the VIR icon at the top of the page, which will bring up your VIR Profile.
Your complete purchase history, current reward payout and goals are updated every night.

Can my Volutone Sales Rep enroll me into the VIR program?
Answer:
No, you are required to sign in and personally enroll your company.
Your friendly, helpful Volutone sales staff will be happy to assist.
VIR PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
Enrollment is open throughout the 2019 program year.
To qualify for the VIR Program payout, quarterly purchases must exceed the respective quarterly program minimum level.
The VIR Program payout will be in the form of credit on account within 15 days of quarter close.
Account must be in good standing (not past due). No exceptions. Mid quarter enrollment is retroactive to start of current quarter.
Volutone reserves the right to end the VIR program at any time without prior notice. You may opt out at any time.
