Our Binary 4K HDR HDMI splitter is the only 1x8 HDMI splitter you’ll need on any job. They are the ultimate tool to address the most common issues and problems in HDMI distribution. Simultaneously distribute full 18Gbps ([email protected] 4:4:4 and all HDR formats) to the desired amount of HDMI outputs, and lock video formats to desired resolution via EDID control when necessary. Avoid HDMI source and display compatibility issues that always pop up at the worst time by controlling the EDID. You can set a cap on the maximum resolution to avoid the blank screen that sometimes results from your customers changing settings or sources. Also, by fixing EDID to [email protected] 4:4:4, for example, you can ensure that you are offering your customers the latest sources to display the best available content. Older extenders can be overloaded by newer sources and displays, and our splitter lets you prevent this issue by limiting the bandwidth of the output.
