DSC-PC4820 2 Reader Access Control Module
If you need controlled access to a building then DSC has a solution for you in the PC4820. This access control module is used in conjunction with a MAXSYS PC4020 alarm panel and will keep your building secured against anyone that doesn't hold an access card.
The PC4820 can be used to supervise two door inputs that can be connected to any zone on the PC4020. The card readers can be programmed to operate two different doors or work in conjunction together to control both sides of one door.
The PC4820 supports four different types of card readers: the Polaris magnetic strip reader, the Shadow Prox proximity card reader, the HID proximity readers, and 26-bit standard Wiegand card readers. The PC4820 also supports the use of any request to exit device including the T-REX exit detector.
