Bulk Items
Some products we carry are considered bulk items that require special shipping due to size or weight. ie (Racks, Bulk Wire, Large TVs over 40", Tubing Rolls)
Volutone reserves the right to change shipping method based on order size or weight specifications. Dealer will be notified prior to shipping if method should change.
Ground shipments do not qualify for FREE FRIEGHT.
After Hours Pickup
•Available at Cerritos, Irvine & Las Vegas Locations (Please ask your Volutone sales person for after pickup code)
Pre-paid or NET orders only for After Hours pickup.
Freight & Pallet Shipping
•Ground orders in Simi Valley by 4PM Shipped Same Day.
•Freight orders in by 2pm ship Same Day
•Freight orders over $1999 will qualify for our freight program.
Orders within the same origin state will be free, if delivery location is one 1-2 states away it will be a flat fee of $99
(+ $65 if lift gate / residential are needed).
Orders 3-4 states away will be a flat fee of $199
(+ $65 if lift gate / residential are needed).
Orders 5 or more states away will be a flat fee of $299
(+ $65 if lift gate / residential are needed).
Hawaii
•2nd day air – orders over $499 – 40% off ( COD OK )
•Pallets on shipments over $4999 – 40% off ( No COD Option )
Disclaimers
• Volutone ships small packages via FedEx.Pallets are shipped using the most cost effective method (FedEx freight, DBI Freight, or Global Tranz), but may choose a different carrier at Volutone’s discretion.
• To be eligible for FedEx small package, the package must not exceed 150lbs, 165” in length and girth combined, or 108” in length.
• 40” TV’s and below can be shipped via small package. Any larger TV must be shipped via pallet.
• Pallet delivery service includes advanced customer delivery notification. The shipper will contact the destination contact to confirm someone will be on site to receive the product. Delivery will be held by shipper until a contact has confirmed a receiver will be on site.
• Volutone reserves the right to change shipping orders.
