The AT-101S is a slider-type volume control in a decorator-style plate. It has 12 positions where the lowest represents off. The AT-101S is popular where users would like to have the volume control in the room where the speakers are located, but the source is in a different place. This means that with only one source you can change the volume level in the different rooms individually. The AT-101S has got a self-impedance matching control and can handle up 64 pairs of speakers when the impedance matching instructions supplied are followed.
