SNAP LINK 1120
HAI’s multi-award winning Snap-Link can quickly adjust
and check lights, temperature, audio and security settings
on the go! Just plug Snap-Link into any computer and it
directly communicates through the Internet to the secure
Ethernet port on your HAI system at home. No on-site
computer is needed.
Snap-Link is easy to use and easy to set up because it is
self-contained on the USB drive. There is no installation of
the program, just unplug the drive and no residue of the
application is left on the computer.
It uses 128 bit encryption, which makes it vastly safer than
other products that use web pages over non-encrypted
connections.
Snap-Link is sold WITHOUT any subscription fees.
Registered users of Snap-Link can update to the latest
version for FREE at any time by clicking on the Update link.
Snap-Link requires an Ethernet-enabled HAI controller,
including OmniPro II, Omni IIe, Lumina Pro, and Lumina.
Snap-Link now controls Whole Home Audio systems
by HAI, NuVo, Proficient, Russound, SpeakerCraft and
Xantech. Snap-Link also has the ability to be plugged into
an Ultra Mobile PC to be used as a wireless Touchscreen!
Foreign language versions of Snap-Link coming in
2008: French, Spanish, Italian, Catalan, and Castellano.
Visit HAI’s website for demonstrations of Snap-Link.
Snap-Link automatically sends alerts via e-mail, cell
phone, or pager, based upon specified events.
Example: Brenda gets home from school and enters
her user code into the HAI Omni family home control
system to disable the security system. Accordingly, an
e-mail is automatically sent to her mother’s work e-mail
address informing her that her daughter is home.
Plug the USB drive into any computer and
Snap-Link becomes available.
There is no installation of the program, and
when you are finished, unplug the drive, leaving
no residue of your home’s information behind.
