Freight and Shipping Policies

Standard Freight Policy - (*additional shipping and handling charges and other exclusions may apply – See below for more details)

• Free standard shipping on all orders to be shipped to a single location within the 48 contiguous United States, with the exceptions outlined below. 
• Product Exclusions: flat panel displays (except SunBrite TVs), pre-assembled racks, projector screens, flexible conduit and custom or special orders are excluded from the Standard Freight Policy. See Exclusions Freight Policy below for additional details on these product categories.
• Expedited shipping is available upon request and will be billed to partner at Snap One’s cost.

Exclusions Freight Policy - (*additional shipping and handling charges and other exclusions may apply – See below for more details)

• Flat Panel Displays (Commercial or residential flat screen TVs and other displays)
• Orders over $1,999 of any mix of product qualify for free shipping, based on per order invoice amount.
• Flat panels may be mixed with any other product to meet this $1,999 threshold to qualify for free shipping.
• On orders that do not meet the $1,999 threshold, freight on flat panel displays is billed at $99 for the first display and $49 on each additional display thereafter.
• Projector Screens
• Fixed Projector Screens will incur a $150 shipping fee.
• Motorized Projector Screens will incur a $250 shipping fee.
• Assembled Racks incur a flat freight fee of $99 per Assembled Rack.
• Flexible Conduit is billed to partner at Snap One’s cost.
• Custom and Special Orders (including Shades, Screens, Furniture, etc.) are billed to partner at Snap One’s cost.
• Exclusions Freight Policy applies to orders being shipped to a single location within the 48 contiguous United States.

Special Freight Handling and Other Additional Fees

• Special freight handling that incurs additional charges are the responsibility of the partner.  These include, but are not limited to:
• LTL deliveries to residential addresses - $49
• LTL deliveries that require lift gate delivery - $49
• Redelivery - $149
• Guaranteed service is not available with Freight shipments (see Courier Service or contact your local Snap One Partner Store for guaranteed delivery options).
• Shipments held at a local terminal for delivery at a subsequent date may incur storage at $149/day after the first two days (please contact your local Snap One Partner store for details).
• For shipments to a location outside of the US 48 contiguous United States, please contact your local Snap One Partner Store for delivery options and costs.

Courier (Messenger) Service

• Courier Service is available in most Snap One Partner Store markets and is billed to the Partner at Snap One’s cost. 
• Pricing varies based on geography, distance, weight, vehicle type, and additional services (wait time/etc.).  Please contact your local store for details.
• White glove handling is available in most markets and will be billed at Snap One’s cost.

Snap One Delivery (Not available in all locations)

• Snap One Partner Store delivery is available in some markets and is billed to the partner based on geography, distance, weight, vehicle, and additional services (wait time/etc.).  Please contact your local store for details.

Intracompany Transfers

• All items are available to be transferred from one Snap One Partner Store location to your local branch for Will Call pick up at no cost.  This excludes flat panel displays, assembled racks, and conduit, which will incur an inbound fee at Snap One’s cost.

Miscellaneous:

• This Snap One Partner Store Freight Program applies only to orders made through Snap One Partner Stores. And applies only to shipments to a location within the 48 contiguous United States.
• This Program is subject to change at any time without notice by Snap One.
