The Terk Mini RF Modulator converts a composite (RCA) video and RCA stereo audio signals to an RF signal that can be used on a television which does not have line level inputs. This allows you to connect a source such as a DVD Player or Camcorder (which normally do not have RF outputs) to a television which only has an RF (Coax) input.
